A bit of a background

Seth Kniep is an Amazon Seller and he teaches people how to sell on Amazon.
Chris Rawling, also an Amazon Seller mentoring people.

A lot of people are fearful, what is it?

The greatest motivator of fear is not knowing.
- By comparing what other people went through, you can channel it.
You need to see what IS. Letting too much fear take over, prevents you from making intelligent decisions.
- It is important to find the best source of information.
- It is easy to throw yourself into a lot of fear.
The uncertainty that comes is a reminder of the uncertainty of life in general — random things both wonderful and terrible happen all the time.
- This event is a great gift because it reminds us to sit down and think.
- Everyone of use will be dead in a hundred years.
- Anything that I feel that I built up can disappear. You need to be HERE and make decisions. Be more present.
There is always someone out there who have more than you.
Entrepreneurs go to the darkest hours before sun comes up.
- There will be a lot of bad days before the good days.

Tough experiences make you…

Entrepreneurs always look for solutions.
- Our brain do not work the same way.
Our innovations can help society.
People take cues from us.
Make yourself celebrate life — fear changes us.
Your level of adjustment of fear depends on your experience.
You get tired but you get up in the morning and do it again!
Your children feed off your energy, you must be able to take negativeness and set them aside.
- We don’t need fear mongering.
- We need positive leadership around us.
You don’t have to be anything BUT see the way you want things to go, and just walk towards that. Be decisive! People just follow it!
There are three reactions to fear: fight, flight or freeze!
The right people say: I know what to do, follow me. These are the leaders.
Face it and own it!

Keep your morale high!

When people see conviction, they follow.
Start structuring your business right now and stop soaking in all the negativity. Stop spending 10 hrs on social media.
That morale will gain you some momentum and keep your morale high!
Stop the victim mentality. STOP NOW! That is the most toxic mindset you can get into. Fairness is not something you should measure your life against.
Find something that forces you to work.
