1. DIE CLASH: Clear evidence of a Die Clash, with faint transferred design elements (clash marks) visible in the fields on both the obverse and reverse (e.g., around the chest/shawl).
2. "IN COD WE TRUST" Error: The letter 'G' in "GOD" is heavily obscured due to a grease-filled die, making the motto read "IN C OD WE TRUST."
3. Die Chip in Star: A clear raised Die Chip/Break is visible on the point of the seven-pointed star on the reverse. Additional Features: Also present are Die Cracks near Washington's profile and minor Die Chips near Wilma's face.
