Used, but is in great condition. Sound is good, keeps its charge, and no defects in appearance.
Bought them about a year and a half ago. Used a handful of times but no longer needed because I have the new AirPods.
Due to the a manufacturing fault, once in a while, one of the ear pieces goes in and out. If you disconnect and reconnect the AirPods to your device it fixes the issue (only had it happen 2-3 times).
It will come with the the Lightning Charging Case and a protective case that has a clasp to keep it shut as well!
