This is a highly customized bit serial number #16299 made by the Garcia bit and Spur Co., in Elko, NV in 2013. It is a #728 style with inlaid blue steel with a filigreed cheek and a large desert flower. The bit has a roller mouthpiece. I have paperwork authenticated the bit and my ownership of the bit from the J. M. Capriola Co. There is also documentation of the custom order.
The bit has had light use, but has some rust from storage. These bits normally acquire rust with age and use.
