The T-60 was developed as an improvement over the T-45 model and as a stopgap before the T-65 and X-01 designs. It was deployed to select U.S. Army units and was also heavily used by the Brotherhood of Steel, becoming their standard issue armor in the Commonwealth.
It features better protection, energy efficiency, and mobility than the T-45 but is not as advanced or rare as the X-01 prototype.
