Selling my Nintendo switch V1 this is from launch day, March 2017. So it is unpatched and possible to homebrew.
Please see the first image and what’s in the bag. It’ll already come with the RCM jig, as well as the tiny micro screws and other replacement screwdrivers that you need in order to repair it. 
Two things that you should know though
The first is that the SD card slot seems to be broken and you can’t insert the SD card. I bought a replacement and tried to do it myself but was unable to, but I’m sure if you go to a proper repair shop and ask them to fix the SD card reader they will be able to.
Secondly, the joy cons themselves have quite a lot of drift since they are old.
