Emil is a medical doctor, health coach and entrepreneur. He has developed a programme that helps high performers fulfil their potential through fat loss and health optimisation. He practises what he preaches and lives a healthy lifestyle while travelling the world, running multiple businesses and (most importantly) embracing life and all of it’s experiences. He has experimented in the past with the limits of human performance as both a bodybuilder and national strongman competitor and the extremes of nutrition including fasting, veganism and ketogenic style dieting. He has applied scientific rigour to his trials using blood tests and biometrics to gain information allowing him to optimise his current lifestyle and programme.
