These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including Seller Sessions Live events and the Seller Sessions podcast (collectively, the “Services”), provided by Riley Tate LTD. 3. Seller Sessions Live (Event) Terms

3.1. Ticket Purchase and Delivery

Tickets can be purchased via our website or ticketing partners. After purchase, tickets and invoices will be sent to your email in PDF format. Please check your inbox and spam folder if you don’t receive them.

3.2. Event Refund Policy

Refunds are available if requested up to 7 days before the event. Requests within 7 days of the event are not eligible. To request a refund, email us using the contact info in Section 2. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

3.3. Event Cancellation Policy

Ticket cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are not refundable. Use the contact details above to cancel.

3.4. Event Admittance

Each attendee must present a valid ticket (PDF or printed). Entry may be refused without one. Event rules and security measures must be followed.

3.5. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

3.6. Event Liability

Riley Tate LTD is not liable for loss, injury, or personal property damage at the event, except where required by law. Attendance is at your own risk.


4. Seller Sessions Podcast Terms

4.1. Access to Podcast

The podcast is free and accessible via streaming platforms and our website. No paid content or subscriptions are currently offered.

4.2. Usage of Podcast Content

All content is for educational purposes only. Redistribution or modification without written permission is prohibited.


5. General Terms

5.1. Intellectual Property

All content (including logos, podcast episodes, and website materials) is the property of Riley Tate LTD. You may not use our content or branding without written permission.

5.2. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. In no case shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months (if any).

5.3. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in those courts.

5.4. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted here with the updated date. Continued use of our Services implies acceptance.


6. Fulfillment Policies Summary (for Stripe Compliance)

  • Refund Policy: Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the event. No refunds after that period.
  • Shipping/Delivery: Tickets and invoices are sent via email as PDFs. No physical goods are shipped.
  • Return Policy: Not applicable — no physical goods are sold.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations accepted with full refund up to 7 days before the event.
