Tickets can be purchased via our website or ticketing partners. After purchase, tickets and invoices will be sent to your email in PDF format. Please check your inbox and spam folder if you don’t receive them.
Refunds are available if requested up to 7 days before the event. Requests within 7 days of the event are not eligible. To request a refund, email us using the contact info in Section 2. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Ticket cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are not refundable. Use the contact details above to cancel.
Each attendee must present a valid ticket (PDF or printed). Entry may be refused without one. Event rules and security measures must be followed.
We maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
Riley Tate LTD is not liable for loss, injury, or personal property damage at the event, except where required by law. Attendance is at your own risk.
The podcast is free and accessible via streaming platforms and our website. No paid content or subscriptions are currently offered.

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. In no case shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months (if any).
