Your Road To Change
- Use vision boards! Create 7 areas of your life on the board and write down your goals.
- It tells your mind what you want and how you want it.
- It could be your weight and so on.
- Don’t say “I will try to do that”, say “I am going to do that”.
- Have a shift in your language.
- Get off your ass and do 10 rounds of basic exercise. Decide to work out.
- Do 15 minutes a day to move your body.
- Do functional exercises.
- Do exercise challenges
- Get an accountability partner and push each other!
- Set a goal of where you want to be 30 days or 60 days or in a year.
- Things you need to do:
- Commit to do things daily.
First things to do in the morning
- Wake up everyday and be thankful — wake up with gratitude.
- Check the boxes and track your achievements daily.
- Don’t put too much pressure on yourself, but don’t go on day offs for two days in a row.
- Allow yourself one day.
- Have the awareness that you are cheating on your diet or allowing yourself to escape but remember to pull back.
- Do meditations.
- Learn and do breathing techniques.
- Listen to yourself.
- Listen to podcasts that bring you positivity.
- Try a cold shower.
- You can find some stuff in YouTube for meditation.
- Bineural music
- Meditation techniques
Bring new principles into your life
- Remember tomorrow, when you are making decisions.
- Every decision you make have an immediate benefit and an effect on your future.
- Spend 20 minutes to reset your day!
- Change your diet, find one that suits you best.
- Keto diet, check it out.
- Projection. Imagine yourself
- Feed your business until it can feed you.
- Focusing on your health will help you have better focus on your business.
- If you only do things which are convenient and easy like procrastinating, life gets harder.
- Do what is necessary and hard and life gets better.
- Work hard and smart.
- If you live how others won’t, so you can live how others can’t.
Find the right people
- Have someone who knows your road map and someone you can talk to every week. Even when you are not in the same space.
- Be careful who you hang out with.
- You become the average of the five people you spend the most time with.
- You portrait your thoughts.
- What we miss is that we are in control of our own minds.
- Have one or two people in your life who you can call and they can bring you up when you are down.
- Find these people!
- Reach out to people.
- Do the hard things in the easy times.
- Successful find the solutions, others complain about the problems.
- Be careful about false evidence appearing real.
- Have a good peer group and take action over anxiety.
Be gentle with yourself
- Measure yourself against your improvements not against other people.
- Focus on your own achievements.
- If you have a tough act to follow, just do your best.
- If you get butterflies then that is good because you get momentum!
- You can be a terrible beginner but you get better at what you do.
- Systemize your mornings, build rituals around that.
- Follow UnitedMovements on IG and check out the home exercises.
- Live the role model example because it holds you accountable.
Diet and drinks
- Try ginger tea and green tea. Switch from coffee.
- Try whole foods and supplements.
- Eat proper foods, stay away from preservatives.
- Do not combine starches and proteins:
- Do not eat pasta and burger.
- Do not eat bun with the burger.
- Eat pizza but ditch the chicken.
- Eat fruits in the morning.
- Avoid carbs, they cause water retention.
- Change your lifestyle if you want to lose weight.
- Losing weight is a by-product of changing your lifestyle.
- Eat things that are not packaged.
- Do not eat much in the morning.
- Buy freeze-dried vegetables rather than microwave food.
- Go and walk on the grass outside! Do this as early as you can in the morning.
- Catch some sun (Vit. D), Vitamin C and Zinc
- Eat mushroom supplements.
- Eat hot foods and get glutathione.
- Anything that gets air into your system.
- Magnesium before going to bed.
- Take naps everyday, about 20 minutes.
- Make small commitments. It is easier to take action and do it.
- Force your self to laugh 🙂
