- Having your own warehouse will allow you to have control of your inventory’s location.
- Having your own warehouse allows you to have freedom on where you place your inventory.
- Amazon decides according to conversion, if you have more units you get more presence on different Amazon warehouses.
- Having your own warehouse increases the possibility of Amazon sending more of your inventory in different warehouses, spread out.
Effects of low inventory to geo ranking
- Geo ranking is a ranking question depending on supply — it becomes a logistic, supply chain question.
- Delays, zero sales– these are all negative metrics impacting your geo-ranking.
- This is based on regional data, not on one or two warehouses data around your product.
Effects of Mobile vs Desktop Purchases
- Some brands are volatile depending on desktop or mobile
- Every brand can be different to each other.
- There are more mobile purchases.
- Easier to purchase
- Accessibility
- There are different shopping behaviours.
- If you are a brand and you are using mobile or creating campaigns based on mobile activity.
- Make sure yo track your performance.
- If you are seeing volatile data from mobile alone, then maybe rethink your campaign.
- Do not over optimize your campaigns for mobile, consider other devices too.
- Find out if you should also push campaigns for other devices other than mobile.
