Using TikTok For Your Amazon Business

Friend of the show Anthony Lee returns and talks about how he grew his TikTok following to 7500 in just over 30 days and how the side effect of this doubled his Instagram following. Check this episode out as we look at how you can use TikTok to promote your Amazon products.

TikTok Trends

Cross-posting your content can gain you followers.
You can always set it up — a good light, nice background and phone.
The content can be about anything, something you are comfortable about.
Get mobile video editing tools.
Content is under 59 seconds.
Apps to use for editing:
- TikTok takes 780p only
- Use InShot for editing videos
Traffic in TikTok is 100% organic!

Video for platforms

Your goal should be to get them to the end result with or without your product. Your aim is to be helpful and this will give you a lot of content.
Talk to people how to solve a problem, share solutions and you go out there and talk about it.
People who are interested in your content will gravitate towards your content.
Example: Kitchen products, you are not in the niche because you want to make money out of it –ideally, you should be passioate about what you share.
The happy by-product is people will give you money for it OR you make a sale out of it. Lean into your passion.

Getting followers

TikTok makes it difficult to private communicate.
You can assign a phone number to one account.
Cross-post your videos BUT make sure you tailor-fit your content according to the platform.
Example: LinkedIn needs more writtent or text content
